Long years ago my friend trusted the teaching capability in me and encouraged me with a school. The first steps are rather clumsy. The experiment failed drawing a lot of flak. Years later with renewed spirit Ashram, rose like a phoenix. That day or today the emphasis was/is student and his destiny. Its Ashram or any other school i worked the essence of student realizing his full potential with values, morals and patriotism is utmost priority. The school Or I ( when i taught at other schools) always tried to create the "Howard Roark" phenomenon in every student.
 Am i successful ?  six years after Ashram and 16 years of teaching ( I am 37 now) when I turn back Images run in my mind?.Images of despair.Images of hope. Images of cooperation. Images of courage. Images of hope. Though  Ashram I found life in its fullest form. I saw the bitterness followed by sweetness, despair followed by hope, fear followed by courage, ignorance followed by awakening, dissent followed by cooperation and destruction followed by construction.For many Ashram is realization of ones own self. Ashram gave me the reason to live. and for many a people its inspiration.

our system is simple for who never try to understand it. it is complex for those who try to understand and function according to rules.
at this point of time the biggest exercise in the history of public exams takes place in our state. i dont think even civil services will have such huge set up.
the filling of application forms, submission takes place now. schools have to submit  to the specified officer in specified format at specified place. 700 schools in visakhapatnam rush, hurry and push through this process. lines are formed. queries run regarding filling in different boxes in application forms. people from different schools-govt  and private -exchange warmth and greetings. sympathies shown towards those who fail to submit forms before due date without fine. helping hands every where to assist you to unknow the known. lunch together taken. friends every where. 
 
all these forms are collected from all the 23 districts and  sorted out. then hall tickets and centres are charted out.   
this is one district i am speaking off. this is same in all 23 districts.
an estimated 70000 students appeared for exams in 2009
an estimated 13,63,859 students throughout the state  appeared for x public exams last year.
